About The Inside Work
This isn’t for everyone.
The Inside Work is real, raw, and rare — because it asks something most people avoid.
It asks you to stop living within the limits you learned to accept and begin giving yourself permission to become who you already know you’re capable of being.
This work isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about uncovering what’s already there.
At its core, The Inside Work is about alignment — becoming grounded in who you are, learning to trust yourself, and taking charge of your life without waiting for permission or validation.
There are no quick fixes here.
No performance masks.
No pressure to become someone else.
Instead, this work creates the space for clarity, self-trust, and honest self-direction — the kind that quietly changes how you show up in every part of your life.
If you’re ready to do the inside work — the kind that’s real, reflective, and lasting — you’re in the right place.
About the Work and the Person Behind It
I’m someone who has spent my career in high-responsibility environments where clarity, accountability, and leadership matter every day.
I currently oversee more than 300 team members in a large healthcare system, and over the past 15+ years, I’ve led initiatives that have impacted thousands of people — including large-scale operational and cultural transformations affecting over 5,000 individuals.
On paper, that’s the work.
But what matters more is how I got there.
I didn’t get here by following a script or waiting for permission. I got here by doing the same kind of work I now bring to others — learning how to think clearly under pressure, trust my decisions, take ownership, and move forward even when things felt uncertain.
That’s what The Inside Work is built on.
Not theory.
Not motivation.
Not surface-level change.
Real work that translates into how you lead, how you make decisions, and how you show up in your life every day.
I’m not here to give you answers.
I’m here to help you access your own.
